To increase the income standard used to calculate financial aid for training through the Office of Rehabilitative Services, in keeping with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Poverty Income Guidelines, for 2007.

Brief statement of Reason for Finding Imminent Peril:

To ensure timely delivery of service to eligible clients, to prevent imminent peril to the public health, safety or welfare.
